The "NPA Newsletter" is
issued once a year to widely introduce the latest trend of personnel administration
in Japan and international training activities of the NPA. It is designed to
promote understanding of the NPA and its activities, primarily among personnel
administration experts in foreign countries, and those who participated in
international training programs and invitation programs conducted by the NPA.
